Increasing Access to Claims Data to Support Health Innovation
To explore approaches to improving access to claims data, DCHI recently convened a working group of stakeholders including payers, providers, state agencies, and consumers to discuss the issue. The following paper draws upon these working group discussions, as well as the experience of other states who have created an all-payer claims database (APCD).
